Memory Loss

Memory Loss can me many things, too much sugar or alcohol, hormone imbalances, stress, aging and the hormonal decline that seems to accompany later years in our lives.  New research shows that in double blind, placebo controlled studies that subjects on estrogen replacement therapy tend to have better memories.  Those shown to have high levels of heavy metals in the blood are more prone to dementia, or memory loss.  Be sure you do not have imbalances, then get some rest, take a break from a stressful environment at work or home and regroup.  I often have to tell my stressed clients to honor themselves.  They have taken care of everyone else, now is time to care for themselves.  Sometimes they listen.  When they do, the results can be remarkable.  It is ok to take good care of yourself.  It may be the most unique gift that you can give your family.  Try it.
